Planning network topology

WAN:

  1. Internet comes in via Ting CPE gigabit rj45 into dream machine WAN
  2. Backup internet comes in via hotspot connection

Main LAN (No VLAN Tag): 10.99.99.0/24  (10.99.99.0 - 10.99.99.255)

Assigned WiFi Range: 10.0.1.0 - 10.0.2.255  (510 IPs)
DHCP Range: 10.0.3.0 - 10.0.3.255  (255 IPs)

  • Wired Desktops/laptops
  • WiFi Laptops/phones
  • WiFi Guests with password
  • Basically all of the wired ports on the walls in the house

Servers VLAN: 10.10.0.0/22  (10.10.0.0 - 10.10.3.255)
